This policy applies to orders placed on order.masalaandmore.se, by phone and at the counter, and to table reservations at Masala & More, Baltzarsgatan 12, Malmö.
Placing an order
- An order is confirmed when you receive the order confirmation on screen and by email or SMS. Please check it straight away.
- Prices are in SEK including VAT. Delivery and service fees are shown in the basket before payment.
- We may decline or limit an order when the kitchen is at capacity or an address is outside our delivery area; in that case you are not charged, or any payment taken is refunded in full.
Changing or cancelling an order
- Every dish is cooked to order. You can change or cancel an order free of charge as long as the kitchen has not started preparing it – call us immediately on +46 70 304 76 42; this is faster than email.
- Once preparation has started we cannot cancel or refund the order, as the food has already been made for you.
- Pre-orders for a later time can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the chosen pickup or delivery time.
Missing, wrong or unsatisfactory items
- Contact us as soon as possible, at the latest within 24 hours, with your order number and if possible a photo.
- We will replace the item, deliver what was missing or refund the item – whichever suits you best.
- Food that has been consumed in full cannot be refunded.
Delivery problems
- If the order could not be delivered because the address, door code or phone number was wrong or no one answered, we are unable to refund it.
- If a delivery is significantly late because of us, call us and we will find a fair solution.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card and Klarna refunds normally appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Table reservations
- Booking a table is free. We confirm by SMS or email; parties of more than 10 are confirmed personally.
- Please cancel or change your booking by phone if your plans change, so the table can go to another guest.
- We hold reserved tables for 15 minutes after the booked time. A quick call keeps the table yours if you are running late.
Catering and events
Catering orders are confirmed in writing with their own terms for deposit, final headcount and cancellation. These are agreed when you book through Catering & events.
